Need help? Try this hands-on, scanning, color correcting and file format workshop. Learn what makes a JPEG different from a PICT, GIF, TIFF or EPS file. Spec resolution and image size, color mode (indexed, RGB, CMYK and LAB), color depth (256, thousands, millions). Explore strategies for compressing file size. Review Photoshop color correction and sharpening techniques to help you get the clearest scan possible. Bring original art or prints 8.5”x11” or smaller.
